Biographical Information

Patricia O’Hayer is a senior communications and public affairs leader with more than 20 years’ experience across global consumer goods and NGOs, including Unilever, Tetra Pak and Reckitt.She has held senior roles such as Vice President Communications and Corporate Responsibility at Unilever, Vice President Corporate Communications at Tetra Pak, and Global Head of Communications & Government Affairs at Reckitt, where she led government affairs, communications and strategic partnerships. Educated in political science at the George Washington University, she specialises in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and purpose-driven initiatives with UN and NGO partners.
