Corporate Structure

The Global Leadership Foundation is constituted under Swiss law and is subject to supervision by the Federal Supervisory Board for Foundations, Berne.  It has two associate foundations, one in the UK and the other in the USA.

 Each foundation has its own Board and Chairperson.   All three foundations are supported by the London-based GLF Secretariat.
